Kirameki
AI integration in a Japanese business setting

AI Integration · Tokyo consulting, Japan

Bringing measurement to how organisations adopt AI

Kirameki works with companies on contained, evidence-based AI integration — starting with one process, recording what changes, and reviewing results together before any further commitment.

Our approach

AI adoption without the guesswork

Many organisations find themselves with tools that were adopted quickly but evaluated rarely. Kirameki starts differently: every engagement records the situation before any change is made, runs the new approach alongside the old one for comparison, and delivers a written review. The client decides what comes next.

Baseline first

Every project begins with a record of how things currently stand. No comparison can be made without it.

Contained pilots

Work begins on one clearly bounded process. Results are visible before anything expands.

Client-led decisions

Every review is structured so the client can judge results on their own terms, not ours.

Process

How an engagement works

01

Scope the process

Together we identify one bounded process where automation or better data could have a measurable effect.

02

Record baseline

We document how the process currently operates — time, errors, volume, cost — before any change is introduced.

03

Run in parallel

The new approach runs alongside the existing method. Both are observed over the same period.

04

Review together

A written comparison is delivered and reviewed with the client. The decision about what follows is theirs.

Why this approach

Evidence matters in AI adoption

AI tools for businesses have proliferated in recent years. Many organisations have adopted them under pressure or convenience rather than through evaluation. The result is often uncertainty about what the tools actually contribute — and difficulty explaining that to stakeholders.

Kirameki's work is structured around making that uncertainty smaller. By recording what existed before, comparing it against what the tool produces, and setting clear measurement periods, the outcome of any project becomes something the client can point to and explain.

This also means that where a tool does not produce sufficient benefit for the investment, that finding is clear — and the organisation has not committed further resources than the pilot required.

Structured methodology

Each engagement follows a defined sequence: scope, baseline, pilot, comparison, decision.

Written deliverables

Clients receive documented outputs — data dictionaries, comparison reports, policy documents — not verbal summaries.

No vendor tie-in

Kirameki does not sell software licenses. Recommendations are based on the client's situation.

Based in Tokyo consulting

Engagements are conducted in English and Japanese, with familiarity with local business structures.

Services

Three structured engagements

Each service addresses a distinct stage of AI readiness. They can be approached in sequence or independently, depending on where the organisation currently stands.

Governance Setup Tools in use, documented vs undocumented Policy coverage, register completeness At policy completion

Get in touch

Speak with Kirameki about your situation

If you have a process you'd like to examine, data that needs attention, or staff already using AI tools without clear guidance, a short conversation is a reasonable starting point. There's no obligation to commit to anything from that.
